What are the advantages of using the water fed pole system for cleaning windows?

The most obvious advantage is safety. The operator remains on the ground whilst using this system. Under the latest legislation the client is responsible for the health and safety of any contractor working on their premises. This system practically eliminates any risk involved with cleaning high level windows.

Secondly, due to the decreased risk and the improved efficiency, there are usually costing benefits.

How does the water fed pole system work?

Using a technique called reverse osmosis we filter and purify ordinary tap water to remove all mineral deposits and chemicals, leaving the water laboratory pure.

The water is transported to site in purpose built holding tanks securely fitted into our vans. It is then pumped through hoses to the top of the pole and out of the nylon brush head. The brush dislodges dirt from the glass and the pure water rinses it away leaving the surface clean and spot free.

Can the pure water stain or damage the building?

No. Damage can be caused by pollution and rainwater especially if the building is infrequently cleaned.

Our building has an internal courtyard. Can you still access the windows here?

Yes. We already clean many buildings with internal courtyards or windows on roof areas. By using a combination of mobile trolleys and back packs, the water can be easily and safely transferred into these otherwise inaccessible areas.
