Our cleaning services are always carried out by fully trained and fully insured professionals. Staff members are uniformed, courteous and non-smoking, and regularly provide customers with additional advice and information. Before any work is undertaken a thorough risk assessment is carried out and copies of this along with method statements are always made available to the client.

We specialise in the following services:

Commercial and Industrial Window Cleaning

Using the latest pure water fed pole technology we are able to clean windows up to 65ft (6 floors) up, whilst keeping our feet firmly on the ground. This method is recognised by the HSE as the safest means of cleaning windows - a fact even more important since the new Working at Height Regulations 2005 came into force.

This system guarantees an increased efficiency and greater productivity in comparison with traditional methods thus making it more cost effective. As no detergents are used the glass stays cleaner longer and is also better for the environment.

Previously inaccessible windows and areas above difficult or sensitive ground (such as ponds or flower beds) can now be cleaned using these poles. There is also reduced disturbance to building occupants.

Most types of building cladding are suitable for cleaning using this system as in the picture opposite.

Occasionally, for some buildings it is impractical to access by water fed poles due to the building height or design. This may then require the use of a mobile aerial platform (cherry picker). Using these machines allows us to work to any height up to 120 feet (10-12 floors). All our operators are experienced and hold current IPAF licences.

High Power Jet Washing

Cladding, brickwork, roof fascias, upvc, glazed canopies and conservatories can soon look unattractive if dirt, grime dust or moss build up. Hard floor areas such as paths, patios and decking may become dangerously slippery if left untreated.

Our hot and cold water high pressure jet washing systems are able to clean a variety of surfaces quickly, efficiently and safely. Extending lances and poles, as well as cherry pickers where necessary, allow us to clean even the most difficult to access areas.

Graffiti Removal

For graffiti removal we have a variety of quality biodegradable chemicals at our disposal depending on the substance used and the type of surface defaced. In most cases we are able to remove the graffiti without causing damage to the base area.

Chewing Gum Removal

The removal of chewing gum from exposed walls and floors requires a slightly different treatment. We are able to use a system known as a 'Gumbuster', which is approved by local councils. The Gumbuster affectively steams the dried or trod in chewing gum so that it can be removed easily. The machine uses only bio-degradable chemicals, and can be used for private customers and commercial firms, as well as the aforementioned local councils. It is regularly used by our company in retail or leisure parks and industrial estates.

Bird Proofing

As well as cleaning bird mess from streets and property, the company can also install bird proofing techniques that will go a long way to prevent any further intrusion. Net, spikes and inhabitable surfaces can all be put in place to stop the problem of invading birds.
